SESSION INFORMATION

ONE-ON-ONE will be programmed to help you achieve your goals. Your program of strength and conditioning will incorporate bodyweight, resistance, and indoor rowing as an exceptional tool for strength and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll experience personal attention emphasizing focus on form and mechanics, scaled to maximize your goals and needs. Offered as a single session, or package of 12 sessions (includes one free session).

You must schedule an initial consultation ($30) and fill out the intake forms prior to the start of the first session.
 

TEAM TRAINING (2-12 participants) is a great way to get motivated in a group to learn skills, and get strong and fit while having fun!  Sessions will include non-rowing exercises with optional weight and resistance.  Minimum 2 participants required. Sessions must be booked one hour in advance. Please check your email 1 hour prior to the start of class in case of cancelation.

NUTRITION COACHING builds the lasting skills and habits necessary to look and feel better—for the long term. For life. Start from where you’re at. Use what you have. Do what you can. Instead of restrictive diets, meal plans, or “food rules,” you’ll learn to eat better, you’ll gain energy, and improve your health with uncomplicated nutrition and lifestyle practices you can follow consistently. One day at a time. You’ll learn about quality nutrition, plus how to choose and prep with foods you enjoy, rather than following strict plans. Weekly 30-minute virtual check-ins and direct messaging.

A 30 minute new client session will enable us to get to know one another and to discuss your goals. It will include a basic assessment of posture, orthopedic issues, mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
