Hellooo friends,
Here we are almost a week into 2025. Time really does fly faster every year as we age.
To make the most of it we can make conscious choices about how we use time, and with whom we spend it.
Resolutions or not, it’s up to you.

Last week I wrote about not believing in making resolutions, being conscious and intentional, and clearing out the to-do list of unnecessary tasks.
Thanks to Sahil Bloom in the Curiosity Chronicle for writing about the topic of time. We all have a finite number of seconds, minutes, hours, days, and we never know when the clock will stop, so how do we want to spend our time? It IS a choice of course.
We don’t need to fill every moment with activity or productivity. It doesn’t mean we need to be hyper vigilant with exercise, sleep or nutrition, although those are built in to intention in the big picture.
I’m so over reading advice in every social media post and article about how to lose weight, get fit, build muscle, meditate, fix your gut microbiome, get more/better sleep? Even topics that interest me are getting super annoying. How about you?
My intention (note: not resolution) is simple. I’m gonna look for meaning in my days, being kind to myself and others, genuine, and helpful.
My good friend, Rebecca, with whom I share passions for cycling, strength training, mobility equity, and so many personal traits, says “my intention for 2025 is simple, but hard for a habitual problem-solver: “See the Good”.”
This is from Seth Godin: Every day, “good things are always happening quietly: the completed workout, the healthy meal, the ten minutes of writing.”
Little moments add up.
Celebrate your little moments.
I truly enjoy writing this newsletter every week, stretching my brain to explore things that I hope are a little bit helpful, useful, and interesting for you.
Is there anything that you’d like to share or know more about? I’d love to know your thoughts!
Onward~
